Harm & Conflict:
Overview
RJIM staff are trained facilitators of Restorative and Transformative Justice (RJ/TJ) processes.
RJ/TJ is designed to allow the people involved in a harmful situation to tell their story, seek healing and repair, and move forward with more safety and resilience.
It is our policy to provide facilitation at no cost to participants. That is because we know that access to financial resources can create differences in how people are treated when they have done harm or been harmed.
Our current funding allows us to facilitate processes with youth and young adults who are at risk for involvement in the criminal justice system, survivors of sexual harm and people with disabilities in residential settings. We have limited capacity to support processes beyond this, but don’t hesitate to be in touch. We may be able to help!
